HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE MY ORDER?
All items are made to order. Orders are processed in the order in which payments are received. The current turnaround period for pre-set packages is 3 weeks. The turnaround time for all other order depends upon the complexity of your order.

WHAT TYPE OF FILES DO YOU ACCEPT?
All customers are required to submit a PNG file for print orders. If you do not have a PNG file, we will accept a JPEG file, however, a logo conversion fee will be applied to your order.
DO YOU WORK WITH FRATERNITIES AND/OR SORORITIES?
Unfortunately, we are not licensed to create, sell or work on Greek paraphernalia.
WHAT IS THE MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
There is a minimum of 5 pieces for retail orders. There is a minimum of 12 pieces for wholesale orders.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY OWN APPAREL?
Psalms 91 Customs provides all items necessary for completing your order, unless you choose to have your own personal merchandise printed or embroidered. In this case, please contact us via email to be sure your merchandise meets the guidelines.
